It was quiet and beautiful room. Had a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet in the bathroom. The local staff was amiable and unobtrusive. The location was stunning, just a short walk away from a cathedral-flanked square. Btw, went to city center, located just a short walk away from the hotel.

Really enjoyed our wonderfully decorated and reasonably spacious rooms, plus the staff was affable. The room we had included central heating, flat-screen television, and a mini bar fridge. Enjoyed courtyard view. This accommodation was in the central location very close to the old town.

villa tortorelli was a delightful stay, exceeding our previous experience in florence. the attractive room with tuscan scenery paintings, comfortable bed, and spotlessly clean surroundings made us feel relaxed. alice and the helpful staff provided a lovely breakfast and created a welcoming atmosphere. the location was perfect for exploring the main attractions.

the location was good in a pretty quiet area, short walk to the grounds, most attractions and florence city centre. florence historic center district was worth exploring. got wheelchair accessible room with a great bathroom, a large bed as expected.

The location was exceptionally nice and unbeatable for destinations we were going to. All the staff was extremely helpful and very helpful and greeted us warmly...

villa tortorelli surpassed our expectations during our anniversary celebration in florence. the peaceful atmosphere and charming rooms with modern marble bathrooms were a luxurious touch. the rooftop terrace with a view of the duomo was pure magic. friendly staff and a central location made it the perfect stay.

Unclear directions for entry.

The guestrooms at Villa Tortorelli are an absolute dream! They have laptop-friendly workspaces, which was perfect for me as a digital nomad. The private bathrooms come with free toiletries, a hairdryer, and a bidet, making me feel pampered. Some rooms even have a seating area and a balcony, adding a touch of luxury. Plus, the free in-room WiFi kept me connected throughout my stay.

Personally, I found the lack of a seating area in some units to be a bit disappointing. But hey, that's just me!

The location of the villa is superb, close to city center, but in a quieter, green area. The villa is very private and safe with a cozy atmosphere. The pool and terrace on the roof are great features. The breakfast is delicious and served in a beautiful garden. The staff is helpful and the neighborhood is decent and quiet. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated.

Felt like being home, no complaints at all.

our stay at the villa in florence was absolutely perfect. the room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. the bathroom was incredible with its great lighting and luxurious shower. alice, the house "mom," made us feel right at home. the kitchen with washer/dryer was a nice bonus. loved this place so much!

Limited sunbeds by the pool.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They made check-in and check-out a breeze, and were always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Plus, the location of the hotel was perfect - within walking distance to all the main attractions and in a quiet neighborhood.

That the bed in our room was quite old and uncomfortable. It creaked a lot and the mattress was too hard for our liking.

The hotel may not be suitable for all guests as it has some random steps and a gravel drive that may not be wheelchair-friendly.

Spent Xmas in this B&B and it was great! The rooms were lovely, beautifully decorated with amazing paintings on the walls. The breakfast had a good selection and the staff were very helpful and friendly. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions and in a safe and classy area. We also appreciated having on-site parking available, which was very convenient.

We were disappointed that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, and no option elsewhere in the B&B. The automatic check-in was a negative, as we would have liked more information on nearby restaurants and attractions.

The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The location was convenient, close enough to walk to everything while being in a quieter part of town. Breakfast in the park was a highlight, and the staff were very helpful.
